BA (hons) Education – Managing Director has been involved in supporting the development of local and national companies since 1990. Lynne is widely recognised as an expert on both technical and business issues and was the chief initiator of a UFI/Learn Direct Premier Business Centre. She has extensive knowledge of partnership working and collaboration in the East Midlands region and has secured numerous national contracts.

BA (hons) Educational Management - Executive Director: An influential and leading player in UK business, training and workforce development, with over 15 years of innovative and inspirational input which has been recognised by employers and UK Governmental bodies in particular the DTI, LSC, DfES and CBI. Christine has in depth knowledge of market trend analysis and development of business growth, which is seen as vital to the forging of strategic and valuable partnerships for the future.
Our experience in adult learning, skills development and business support includes:

* Brokerage of apprenticeships and employer training pilots
* Engaging employers in workforce development
* Conducting and evaluating Organisational Needs Analyses (ONAs) and Training Needs Analyses (TNAs)
